Hi! I'm Lori!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner here to support your journey to mental well-being. I offer outpatient psychiatric medication management and therapy for individuals aged 16 and older, always with a culturally sensitive, evidence-based, and integrative approach to care. My broad experience, from emergency medicine to residential treatment, gives me a unique perspective and flexibility in supporting you, meeting you exactly where you are in your healing with a compassionate, harm reduction mindset.

I have a special passion for reproductive psychiatry, helping individuals navigate the mental health complexities tied to the menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. I also understand the profound impact of our modern world and specialize in supporting clients affected by social media, the political climate, current events, and race relations. My practice is built on respect, dignity, and clinical excellence, blending medication management with supportive therapy to help you navigate anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, trauma, and addiction. I see every person through a humanistic lens, focusing on your overall healing and well-being at every stage of life, and often bring empathy, honesty, and a touch of humor to our sessions.
